Flatlander, how loud does your exhaust sound with the 2.25 piping and no resonator. Is it to loud that cops are going to give me a hard time or its it only loud when you step on it.
I was thinking of taking my resonator of but i dont want it so loud that the fooking cops are going to give me hard time about it. I just want that wooom sound without having to beat my ride.

don't do 2.25" piping without a resonator .... it will sound WAYYYYY too loud and ricey.
If you're doing piping, make sure you get a 18" resonator (do not use stock).

Stupid Question Right Here! lol!
I got an axleback made with a magnaflow muffler, and it is quite (louder than stock but not near mid range loud) ! They used about a 2 inch pipe on the axle back, and all the rest of my exhaust is stock (resonator and all). If I have them make a stright pipe from my cat to my axelback with 2 inch pipe (no resinator), will my car be louder? If so how much (estamte)? I don't want to to scream, but I don't want it to be quite either.
To answer your question about how much, I asked earlier today at the shop that does my exhaust work and they said $55 but i don't even want to pay that. I think it should be around $45 to do, do to the fact it has few minor bends and thats it.

It should be aroun 40-50 dollars only to take off the resonator but probally 60-100 dollars to get a full catback pipping. If you take off the resonator it will be loud and you will attract cops all around no doubt about it
