WTB HELP: How to replace these parts?

Hi guys!

are there any of you who know how easy it easy to replace part number 9 and 8 on this image?

well....i don't really need number 8 since the guy who fixed the electrical problem in my car broke it.......so, i need to take out number 9 and replace em......

any idea? is it just screws (21, 23) and it pops out easily?

It's just a couple of screws in the bottom and they pop apart. There's nothing to it.

^thanx alot man for the quick reply!!

i noticed.....tilt handler and key cylinder are on the way....but it'll just comes out, right?

the tabs on number 9 broke......so there are only one tab which holds number 8 in place....moreover, they're also scratched here and there.....

number 9 has 3 screws in the bottom. you will have to drop the tilt lever all the way down to pull it off. then drop the steering wheel down and you can just pop number 8 off as well. if your replacing them anyway, you will need a screw driver to pop them apart.
