Once you go black, you never go back

Or so the saying goes...

If I were to paint my head and rear lights black, will I be able to go back to reg. stock?

you want to paint your rear and headlight housings black? or do you want to paint your rear and headlight bulbs black? either way after painting them you can't go back to stock without buying new or used stock replacement parts.

im sure you can use a paint thinner or something that removes paint without harming the material. but its just a lot of work. mainly the headlights... bake them in oven to get heated, paint, reseal...then its reopen/rebake, spend hours removing paint on the housing, and reseal. im not sure if the chrome housing would peel or not using paint thinner

for tails, it should be easy. its just a spray on with coatings

GreatWhite02 is an unknown quantity at this point
yeah the chrome plating on the headlamps will rub off with paint thinner. It happened to me! Make sure this is what you want to do unless you want to cop an extra set of lamps in case you mess up.
