Exhaust system upgrades and rear roll bar clearances

I have a 2002 Civic LX coupe.....I plan on using a Magnaflow system part #15712 with 2.25 inch dia. piping and a Progress Technology's sway bar kit with a 22mm rear bar part #62.0102.
My question is will the bigger bar and bigger exhaust pipe have enough clearance between them?
Has anyone here did this to their car and can tell me if it works ok?
I spoke to both Progress and Magnaflow, they both say their kits are designed to fit a car with stock suspension or stock exhaust.
