i read on the DIY that you have to have a VAFC-2 to do the ex head swap from an lx/dx.. if you have emanage is the VAFC-2 still needed? i was gonna ask there, but it won't let me reply. thanks.
vafc-2 is not required if you are using emanage. emanage has the ability to activate the solenoid at whatever rpm you want by using the support tool. it will be the yellow "Vtec in" wire that you will connect to the wire on the solenoid. the light blue "vtec out" will not be used. pm me if you have anymore questions about this. i'm currently using the emanage with the ex head swap.
