Or you lowered the car or your if you tires are a smalled or bigger overall diameter. OR, if your wheels aren't properly balanced.

You know what! I think the problem with aftermaket wheels is that the center of the wheel doesn't fit properly and it doesn't matter if they are ballanced, you'll still get vibration.
Do one thing, jack the car, remove the 4 bolts, once they are removed, check if the tire once in place, has play up and down, Factory tires once you push them in to the wheel lugs it just doesn't have any play 'cause the center hub fits perfectlly in the assembly, do you know what I mean?
What I'm trying to say is that the lugs primary objective is to hold the tire there.
the center hub's primary purpose is to keep the wheel where is supposed to!

if ur tire wobbles.......... u might of tighten your bolts on the rims too tight
try using a torque wrench to balance it out........ u should use 80 lbs of pressure.

Not necesarily, I used to have aftermaket wheels and they vibrate only at high speeds. If they vibrate at any speed, it might be really bad trust me!

if youve been driving like that for a while your tires will wear unevenly and faster than normal

I'm used to be a tire installer for quite awhile..

Your wheels are improperly balanced. a 15" wheel for example driving at 60MOH with it being say 25 grams off balance.(the little weights) Will be 13'bs so that's like having a 13'b weight flying up and down every time your wheel rotates. Not at 100MPH.. That's alot more weight which can make your wheels/whole car vibrate almost violently.... First thing I'd do is have someone drive behind you (at lower speeds) and see if the rims are bent in any way. Secondly. If that's not the case.. get em re-balanced. Aligmnet will NEVER cause a car to shake. It will cause a car to pull to either direction. It can cause stabily loss in turns. Or just plain ole Uneven tire wear.

Cheers
