ok...i hear all these ppl wanting a swap but saying its too much money and they'd rather spend money on other things for their civic such as rims and kits.....that is just fine and in fact its what i plan on doing and yet still getting an engine swap. if u have limited money and u simply mod the looks on your car for now and leave everything engine wise alone, then later on down the line when u plan on getting rid of ur civic u can take out another loan for a crazy engine swap! then u'll have all these new parts on ur civic and a brand new engine and ur ready to roll for a while again. it just makes me mad that every puts down all engine swaps and says well why didn't u just buy this car or that car instead of the civic and i think well why don't u just shut ur mouth cuz u obviously are not a honda boy and u don't deserve to be driving ur civic(all u haters need to go buy a urself a ford) hehehehe

its not that, think about it though. if u shelled out an extra 2 to 4 grand u could have gotten a rsx

rather than spend like 10,000 grand to do a swap.
which will be basically the same down the road.

if you're a spoiled whiny rich baby and can't wait a couple years for the RSX engine to come down in price, fine buy the K20A2 and waste 10000+ dollars, not my money

Personally, If I had the money right now to do that I WOULD trade in for the RSX-S and start doing a JDM conversion to the Intregra-R. Just MHO.

fock... do swaps really cost 10k? thats so fackin much.
