Very Serious braking problem..Help..

Okay here's the deal, the car used to be fine untill i left it sit for about 6 months then i went over sixty and my brakes went out... i mean brakes where stifff as a rock me being a big guy pushed my foot as hard as i could but it wouldnt budge, then when i slowed down to about 40ish it was fine again, also i noticed this only happens under heavy acceleration and hard stopping under normal acceleration and easy braking everything is fine. I have yet to check my abs sensors but i will in a bit but does anyone have a clue to what maybe my problem???

Change the brake fluid and bleed the brakes.

Yeah... brake fluid does go bad, especially if you let it sit. It absorbs water.
Completely flush the fluid and put new stuff in.
