oil problems

The last few weeks my car ast been leaking oil from the drivers side. I thought it was the oil pan, so i replaced the oil pan gasket twice with in the last 2 weeks. I am now convinced that this is not the problem. The oil is coming from an oil seal, by the drivers side by the harmonic balancer. Its realy pissing me off because i have to put like a quart of oil in my car every 2 or 3 days. It doesnt really leak at idle. So im guessing it only leaks under pressure when the oil pump is really working. There is a pic below, has anyone replaced one of these?

It's a pain to replace. You have to pull the timing belt off as well. The front oil seal is a common leak on most cars. All my prior Hondas needed a new seal at one time or another. And you are correct, it only leaks when you are driving.

the worst thing about that is technicians get screwed on the labor because warranty only pays 4 hours for that job. removing the tranny, and oil pan and doing all that would take longer then 4 hours. It takes technicians at my work around 4 hours to do one and they are dealing with a rear wheel drive car. the trannies just slip out.
