You autocross or drag race or what? If not its pointless stock is ok, but then again I thought about it and nixed the idea since I want the car running a little warm in the winter not too cool.

I drive everyday in Florida.
So heat is a factor for me.
Again:
Does anyone knows our thermostat open themperature?
I need a good honda guy that may be able to cross referance the thermostat part # from early civics.
Then we can compare heat range and hopefully obtain an after market colder thermostast
Anyone?

The thermostat controls the open and close of the water flow to the radiator.
So we know that the thermoswitch runs the fan at at 194
please some one confirm.
Does that mean that the thermostat opens at 200 degree??

Thermostat starts to open at 169-176F, it is fully open at 194F. Putting a colder thermostat in is pointless as it will put the ECM into open loop. It will just constantly more fuel in an attempt to heat up the engine to operating temperature with a colder thermostat. So by putting in a colder thermostat you will be wasting more fuel, and creating higher emissions.

Sounds to me like you don't need a colder thermostat, but a radiator that can dump heat faster. If your car is getting hot, the thermostat is ALREADY wide open, but the radiator cannot get rid of the heat fast enough. So a colder thermostat really won't help.
Look for a bigger core radiator, or an aluminum racing radiator. With that turbo, that's your best bet.
