you will need to either get an extension for the exhasut or get an ex header.

Any idea how much they will charge to extend the pipe? I do have a header EX however it still doesnt fit? Its too short, do I need a downpipe? I have exactly what it shown in the picture. What do I do about the O2 Sensors?

since you have the exhaust manifold from the EX, all you need now is to get the down pipe and cat.
on the LX, the cat is built into the manifold. thats why your new exhaust seems shorter.
