recall notice

a few weeks ago i recieved this in the mail. has anybody gotten a notice? i never knew about this racall untill i got the notice. about a year ago my high-beams all of a sudden stopped working, so i got a new light switch from ebay for $0.01!! damn i love ebay, but shipping was 12$ . anyway i fixed the switch myself and they worked for a few months. then my lights went out again just last night but this time it was both low-beams and high-beams. im taking her to honda tomorrow to get this **** staightened. and im dropping her tomorrow on tokico blues and sportlines!! shes gettin a little make over tomorrow. haha

i've never gotten that recall and i have burnt out 2 piaa light bulbs already
damn, i need to print this out and take it to honda dealer

yea, they issued that out originaly back in 01 or 02....ive since gotten rid of my 01 EX but did get a second notice about that a month ago....not sure why haha

i got the notice too. But I've had my last pair of bulbs last two years so maybe I don't need it? I heard some dealer messed up and I don't want my hid blowing up because of their mistake.

I posted a thread on this like 5 months back and it somehow got deleted. It explained what testing was done to find the problem, and how they fixed it by swaping out the light combo switch.

My Prelude had the same problem...and even after they fixed it it kept going out...I doubt this will be the end of it...

got the recall. did the change. if you notice, that is a reminder TO YOU! Honda already sent you the recall notice, and apparently you didn't go in back then. that is just a reminder
