need help - 01 to 03 gauge cluster swap

need help - 01 to 03 gauge cluster swap recently i followed up on infinite012's DIY cluster swap

..needless to say it was helpful but.. for anyone whos done this before, i have a problem! okay so here goes:
i re-wired according to the DIY from an 01 EX manual cluster to an 03 manual cluster.. but i was left with one wire "pink white" that went nowhere and im missing a "green black" too.. all in all the cluster illuminates, turn signals work, but thats about it.. my speedometer, odometer, tachometer, fuel and temp gauges all dont work. If theres anyone in DC area who can help me out with this maybe in shop..im willing to pay .. i dont even know how much fuel i have lol.. anyways thanks
