This should tell you everything. However, I remember some people posting about broken engine mounts a while after they cut them.

Unbolt the front motor mount (2 from above 1 from below, and the cross bolt) and slip the header in from below, easy job. If you are like me and your mount was already ripped to crap at stock power with 40k on it, then just fill it full of 3M window weld and let sit for a day or two to cure. $3 polyurethane mount, and you don't have to replace the broken one .

What he said .
It can still be tight. If it is still not going get a jack under your engine and move it up just a bit.

yup. just remove the front mount entirely and raise the engine a bit. Its tight and it goes in, in a wierd angle but it will fit without bending or cutting anything.

Hey....I just finished.....its about 2am but I finished........damn I had to push the engine to the back and remove the front engine mount like somebody said......a also unbolted the right mount (passanger side).......I still have to trim that subframe cuz its making my car shake too much.......thanks for all the replays....they helped me a lot the thing that suck is that I get my cat back on tuesday. so, I'm running with just the headers and Highflow cat.......it sounds like **** !!!!!!! ........now I just have to figure out how to cut the subframe where the header its hiting it!!!!!!

Dam HP, you should have gotten the Kamikazi header man, direct bolt on! You shouldnt install anything that you have to cut/shave in order to make it fit IMO. But yea you need to get an 02 sim asap!

Some people say the o2 sim will make the car faster because it affects fuel mapping, but others say that the sims are simply to keep the engine light off, and that it does nothing to improve horsepower. Your thoughts....?

Well, I was told that the O2 sim was just to fool the computer....so I don't think it should change.......but I don't really know!!!

Does nothing for hp. That 02 sensor is only to tell the ecu that your cat is working. The a/f is calculated from a different sensor.

Use a dremel to cut the subframe (with a metal grinding tool).
