I should remeber to take my Camera to School one Day,
This dude has a White SI and he painted the Rims Black.
They don't look too hot, to say the least.
Seriously if you wanna change em, get em powdercoated.

Boilermaker is dead on. Painted rims will look like crap quickly. Paint isn't durable enough. I'm guessing $500 or so to powdercoat 4 rims (pulling the number out of thin air).
Eastwood sells powdercoating stuff. I'd spend the money on the equipment and do it yourself. It may cost more the first time, but you have the gear on hand to powdercoat lots of stuff later.

i painted my stock hubbies and my friends have painted their stock s2k rims also. Bought the duplicolor rim paint from autozone and they all came out great! No chips whatsover, but that just depends on how good of a job you sand, spray, primer, etc...
