VAFC II works well
as said....i just got my VAFC 2 to work today and wired it also today.....everything works exept for the VTM mode for our cars don't have no i-VTEC.....anyway the diagram that was posted for the real complete fix is a great idea to have when installing.....i can also post the wire and wire color for every wire needed to install the VAFC 2 that includes the TDC function......
anyway one question though.....on the VTEC/EX models, is the hi cam supposedly rich and the lo cam would be a little bit leaner that the hi cam or vice versa?........am just interested in tuning the VTEC correction and fuel unmatch correction......one thing ill spray N2O at the motor to w/ jets(was tuned at our local dyno) of .022 fuel and .028 for N2O = 75 hp more and thats on an automoatic transmission.....
anyhow id love to hear the stting for the hi cam fuel spec and lo cam fuel spec and corrections.....will post and take pics if interested in the complete fix....also i had all the wires needed to be tapped and spliced in the ECU harness....no wire went out the cabin.....

Cool. The narrow throttle doesn't usually need adjustment. It's the wide high vtec that needs tuning. Most that I have seen on the dyno with simple boltons have the fuel at -6 across the board pretty much. It's still good to get it dyno tuned and not guess at it. Every car is different.
yea. like me..its like -1 till vtec kicks in at 4500.. then when vtec kicks in it jumps up to +10...only reason mines does that is cause i got a DX ecu and a EX head with vtec in it... so my ecu doesnt add fuel when vtec kicks in so gotta manually do it.. anyone that does a head swap will or should do this... but if u already have ex then urs should still be negative all the way across
