if the full kit takes you more than an hour to install, or if you need instructions go to the hospital and get checked out... the front has 4 bolts, 4 screws, sides and rear are screws...i installed the front and rear on my car, took me like 30 min max

Well, it's alot easier if you take it off. It does have to bolt to the bottom of the bumper, and you need to take off the rubber air dam and bolts. Just take it off :P
