Spoon Front lower bar

well im kinda wondering where this thing goes exactally before i attempt to install this. It doesnt look hard at all but im wondering if anyone here knows the exact location and placement of this item. Any help would be appreciated.

It goes between the two front controls arms. It hangs kind of low so if you are dropped, you might want to reconsider. It won't do very much anyway, at least I don't think. An X or U brace might be better.
