I started to paint my bottle. sanded is down a little and I am painting it black and silver, then plan on a coat of clear.
any special procedures / cautions for painting the bottle?

hope you didnt remove any stickers or markings on the bottlethat indicate its contents/hazardous waiste, if so, it may need to be recertified before anyone will fill it. Some places will let you get away with it but its illegal if the bottle is not labeled buy the authorized label puter-onner people. lol Food for thought.

Im not sure how the whole deal works but my welding supplier said its illegal to fill unmarked bottles. I was gunna paint mine to match my car and he said to mask off the stickers and stuff if i did. I didnt end up doing it anyways.
