I guess this could go in Tech forum or this one but anyways...

Has anyone ever re-jetted a Carb? I think i need to re-jet my go-kart's carb after i made an intake for it.

I'm willing to bet you won't get much help on here, most of these kids probably don't even know what a carb is.

Also, gonna move this to tech stuff. You might want to try go-kart forums or something, they may be able to help you.

Dakker is an unknown quantity at this point
You probably do, any change in intake / exhaust compression will cause the engine to function abnormally if the carb isn't rejetted. It's not going to kill it, but it will not run at full performance.

read your plugs or in this case plug, if you are running lean either buy a set of jets and go bigger until its just right or buy a jet reamer and enlarge it until its just right. A go kart forum I am sure would have better info.
