Radiator Cap

Are radiator caps for the civics the same? I've seen Spoons and Mugens for the 92-95. And others like Cusco, HKS, etc for 92-04 models.

What's the deal?

Get an OEM radiator cap...will save a lot of headaches...just my 2 cents...

dont spend your money on a greddy radiator cap or anything because the " added pressure increases cooling" is total BS. now if you blew your radiator cap off of it got a crack in it or sumthin then yea buy an OEM one unless your buddy pablo will hook you up with a Mugen cap for like 5 bucks dude!

Thanks guys, I think? I know a Mugen Cap is a superficial item, with no real added value, but what's the answer? Same or not? Are there problems with aftermarket caps?

Adding a radiator cap only isn't gonna do squat. They're made so if you upgrade your cooling system such as turning the pressure up and/or replacing the pump with a better one, you won't have to worry about the cap blowin off.

For any NA civic, it's useless, unless you're makin some serious hp.
