Question Civic 01' vs 04' rear suspension bounciness!

Any of you who have tried both the 01 and 04 civic, can you tell me if the rear suspension has improved in terms of bounciness?

I've got a 01' and everytime i drive over a speedbreaker i feel the rear end flying!

I have a 02 civic and it bounces over speed bumps too but it might be because the suspension is stiff for a smoother ride.

Yep, I have to go slow over speed bumps in my 02 coupe, and it's stock suspension. Feels like the trunk will fly open. I miss my old Accord suspension. Oh well, but it handles great.

if your that worried, take speed bumps one tire at a time, or in the case of speed humps try and steer around the side so only half the car goes up.

I got an 01, didnt really strike me as particularly bouncy, though I have slammed my subwoofer enclosure a few time on my trunk lid
