autometer volt gauge...

autometer volt gauge...

hey im just wondering if the volt gauge goes to 0 when the ignition is off.. or does it hover around 13v

If you installed it properly (by connecting to an ignition powered source like socket plug), then it should read 0. When the car is on, it should read ~12.5V. When you actually start the car, it should move up to around 14V.

well i redid the wiring.. and i guess the cobalt gauges kinda "saves" the last voltage recorded, cause when i start it up again, it resets to 0, and goes back where its supposed to be
