allen wrench problem

allen wrench problem
ok this is what i get for gettin a $3 shift **** but those stupid allen wrench screws wont go all the way in the hole. the hole isnt big enough but i can get it thru with a power driver. that worked with one of them until i stripped my make shift allen wrench i put in the power driver. if there an allen wrench bit that fits into a power driver? or do i have to somehow bend (or at least try again) or melt off the bent part of a normal allen wrench?
