What does the Greddy Blue Box do? this local guy is selling his for $40... was wondering what it does? and if it is compatible with our cars? and is $40 a good price??? lemme know!!! thanks!!!

seriously??? None of the 7thgen Guru's know anything about this product??? I need ta find out soon as the deal will go sour if i don't purchase soon... if you guys know anything about this product please let me know ASAP.... just post it up... any help is appreciated!!! thanks in advance guys!!!
