Take your front bumper off, and remove the stock grill (the whole thing). Then find some 'chicken wire', mesh, gutter gaurds, whatever you wanna call it, at Home Depot, hardware stores. Auto stores like Pepboys even have them but they'll charge you like you're paying for something special.

Then make a stencil from cardboard or a piece of paper, by tracing over the stock grill you just removed. Then cut out that shape in the wire mesh. Or you might want to cut a little larger, so you can roll the edges in. You can either hold it up with twistyties, or string, whatever.

be creative. there's not much out for 2004s right now, so "DIY"
