Bad Throttle responce HELP!!

Bad Throttle responce HELP!! Hey there i have a 2001 Civic EX Vtec , i recently have been experiencing trouble with the intake of ai,r i have a CAI and i even bought a new filter when i giveit gas Sometimes it just doesnt respond to well or may studder and even when just idling at a stop RPM's drop once in a while and it feels like its gunna stall, i was wondering if i should clean the throttle body if anyone else has experienced these problems ............Any comments i could use the help !!!!!!
