Power Outlet accessory Mod "always ON"
Hey Folks...Just purchased a:
2004 White Civic LX.
And of course my 1st post is a tech question
I would like to have my accessory power out set to always ON vs only on when the key is in the ignition.
I have a 2004 Toyota Tundra & through Tundra Solutions (discussion forums) there was a mod for it's power outlet, to ame one or both power outlets always on.....
How it is done, open the fuse box in the engine compartment...and locate the RELAY for the power outlet....Pull it out and stick a little piece of paper in the relays switch....making the connections always closed...It is as easy as that on my Tundra....
So my question is....
Where is the RELAY for the power outlet in a 2004 Civic
Thanks in advance

fuse box is under the steering wheel and in the engine. there is a diagram in both of those that should be able to help you find what you need. you could always just hardwire it to the battery if needed.
