i have a sound system in my car. i heard you cant put aem pulleys in a car with a stereo because you can cause an alternator problem.
is this true

When you're running a pulley, you're basically minimizing the power that goes to the accessories belt and utilizing the power to spin the wheels. So, yea, your alternator will suffer and if u bump ur system while idling the car, ur battery can literally all drain out, depending on ur system's output. It is not good for the alternator so if you have a strong system, i would reconsider.
