Helms Manual - which version for a 2001
I did a thorough search here on the site as to which version of the Helms manual I should buy. One guy even asked the same question I have but never received a response.
I have a 2001 Acura 1.7EL, aka Civic EX Sedan. On the Helms site there are 4 manuals listed:
61S5A00 2001 Civic Service Manual
61S5A02 2001 Thru 2003 Civic 2 And 4 Door Service Manual
61S5A03 2001-2002 Civic 4-DOOR Service Manual
61S5A08 2001-2004 Civic 2/4 Door Service Manual
My best guess is that if I order the latest one, 2001-2004, It'll have all the info for all years. They changed the gauge cluster, suspension and probably tons more stuff I don't know of since launch. Also, the newer version would probably include any corrections.
On the other hand, the 2001 only manual would probably be limited to my car ONLY. Tough choice - I want to get the best manual for my car. They're all $70, save the 01 manual with is $1 cheaper.
Thanks in advance!
