of course they can but do this custom only if you know the Body shop,
some shop to a terrible job and another do excellent job, and molding ur kit will eventually crack on the long run just letting you know.

The proper way to mold urethane is to build a mold and do a "cold pour". If your not using a mold it would be difficult to work with and would have VERY poor durability. Stick to the urethane kits available out there...
