Exclamation Help!!!

Hey all,
I just installed a alarm into my 01' civic and I had everything finished, just putting the covers back on all the stuff and now for some reason nothing works. My power for the "brain" of the alarm comes from the 12v power wire in the ignition harness area around the key. I checked that wire(factory) with a voltage meeter and now it doesn't even have power. I am betting it is a fuse but I can't figure out which one it is? Can anyone help me...I need to get this fixed ASAP because my car won't even start now.
Thanks to all!!!!

if it is a fuse, check all. it takes like 3 minutes if even that. if not one of your fuses, check your battery connections (ground to) because that would be the only reason I can think of that you have no power. if that doesnt work, disconnect your battery for 10 -15 minutes and reconnect.

thanks but I think I found it. It was one of the large 40v box fuses under the hood.
