If your idea of not a lot of modification is a coupe bumper, trunk and welding coupe quarterpanels on, then I guess its possible with little modification.
Seriously, just look at the 2 rear ends.... you need some serious work to do that.

damn... not worth it at all. If you are gonna spend that kinda of money why not get a different tail light conversion instead of staying with the Civic's?

I think it can be done, but it would be easier to put on an Acura EL rear end. Are the trunklids different sizes?

I want to see pix the moment it's done...

Yeah it would definitely be easier to do an Acura EL rear-end conversion than a coupe conversion. Here's a pic of the EL rear-end to give you an idea:

quickie while we're on EL conversions...
Will the chrome trim (similar to the Ferio) around the doors fit on a Civic sedan? I just think it would look a little better because there is a lil chrome up front, and on the back but none on the side... It should fit right?

Are the trunklids different sizes? - I was refering to the coupe and sedan.

mods ko, wala pa. college ako kaya poor lang ako. Balak ko either rims & nice tires or vacation sa Pinas...

The chrome trim should fit, unless the ferio is a totally different design from the "normal" sedans in US and everywhere else. But looking at the 2004 Acura EL, it seems that it doesn't have chrome on the trunk and hood anymore...

Dude, why the hell would you want to front on trying to be a coupe? Sedan owners are a rare breed. You already have a pimpin ride. Don't do anything to it but add a Body kit. Nice and subtle like, ya that's the way you do it, nice and subtle like. I would be highly dissapointed if you **** with your ride. SEDANS RULE, 4 EVA!!!!
