33 ft lbs final tightness on the tensioner bolt.
crank pulley bolt is, first 14 ft lbs then tighten the bolt an additional 90 degree turn.
got to love the green bible

Re: In need for someone with a 2001 civic Helms Manual
WELL IM DONE FINALLY!
After working a 9 hour shift, I started the project with my friend. Took us a total of 13 hours to finish it. Lets just say this is a project that is not for the un-technical.
Here it is in a run down if you have a 01 ex w/ abs. Yeah I said I was going to take pics, and a DIY. But it got to that points of I was too tried, and up for 27 hours lol.
Take all the junk off the valve cover (spark plugs, mounting brackets ect...)
Unbolt the valve cover adn remove it
Unbolt the timing cam cover and remove it
Unbolt the power stearing belt, and push it up out of the ways
(dont remove the lines or you will have to bleed it
Unbolt and remove the alternator
Unbolt the water pump and tensinor cover
Set the timing cam and the crank pully to TDC, and mark it
Loosing the crank bolt
Set TDC again to make sure it didnt move
Remove crank bolt (with special tool)
Take crank pully out, make sure not to drop this special key that inserts into it. Its wicked small, and it is hard to loose.
Slip off timing belt
Take out tensionor and replace it with a new one. You have too because it is a automatic one, and once you take it off you have no choice but to replace it.
Drain radiator, and milk the lines clean with no fluid
Remove water pump (i suggest replace it too)
Clean spilled fluid off the pullys and engine, it can eat the new belts.
Install new timing belt, tensinor, water pump and belts in reverse order. Go get a beer cause you are exhausted
Done
