V-AFC, settings

aight guys i bougth a Apex V tech controller, well i installed it and i just wnated to know what settings have u guys tryed for ur cars, and what works best?? what gives the best performance?? what is good for teh car, stuff like that, let me know i need help on this cuz i have just set a few things but i wanna know what u guys have tryed, thanx, PM or post up,

Not to flame, but isnt that something that should only be used by someone that knows what they are doing with the different settings?
