7thGEN civic conversions!
hey GUYS and GIRLS, i saw a post on the RSX headlights on a civic. I was wondering what conversions can you do to a 7th gencivic? and what do you have to do and how does it cost? I have a 03 coupe! like can u change the taillights into a non civic type? thanks

you can do any conversion you want if you have the cash. You can make your civic look like a STI if you really wanted to. It all depends on the cash you want to spend.

yea ,
what kind conversion are you looking to do ? even you have is300 taillights conversion. your car is still a damn civic.

to make the RSX front conversion, you need:
- RSX lights
- RSX Bumper
- RSX fenders
- RSX hood
- and maybe a RSX radiator (really not sure about it, someone correct me)
- and if you want it to be a real RSX: the engine (if you do the swap, you'll defenately need the radiator)

this can cost up to 7-8k$ with the engine and if you do it your self

now you got a civic with RSX conversion...

i checked into doing a taillight conversion from a 03' 7 series BMW and it was between 2000-2500 for the conversion so that will just give you an idea of what it costs.

i've seen a skyline with (what looked to be) a small chevy truck bed fabbed to it (right behind the front doors)... looked... unique.. but then again, it was a crazy japanese dude with way too much money on his hands, with the mind of a bored drifter... go download the vid of kazaa or something.. "skyline truck" i guess you can do the same thing with a civic... if you were really bored

With the money the conversions caost you can get set up with an SF turbo kit. so you can either have a nice converted slow car. or a sexy lookin faster one. you choose.

i wanted to do a r33 tailight conversion, priced the tailights then looked at how it would have to be done, screw that! i can deal with our horseshoe looking tailights
