Where can I get paint at for my civic to match the color code on the internet or like a local store around like napa or something ?

what do you need it for? Does it need to be an exact match? If not, Omega red Enamel is pretty close, and can be found at Advance Auto. But not exact.

Yeah I need somewhere that I can give them my color code and they will mix it up exactly according to the code

Dealer sells touch up paint, but a body shop can mix some up for you. May cost $$$ though.
