NEWB!!
I'm one too, so it really doesn't matter.
Sedan bumper: Takes a lot of time to take it off unless you know wtf you're doing. Also, don't be afraid to pull off the bumper because it takes a lot of forcing to take it off, but don't overdo it because then it will bend and it won't fit properly. <-- trust me on that one

Once you get the lights out, stick them in the oven on low heat until the goo becomes soft enough and they just pull apart. When you're done, put them back in to heat up. Seal them back using the same goo. Oh and try not to get any goo on the headlight plastic or you'll be scraping it off for a while.
if u cant or dont want to use oven to rip off the silicone, have someone hold a pair of heat guns or wutever theyre called while u pull the sides apart, and if u can get another guy to cut through through the goo with a old screwdriver or knife, it takes like 2 minutes to take them apart. if u dont have heat guns, just use 2 hairdryers and hold really close to the silicone and that should work too.
o yea, be careful when you put everything back together. when i did mine, i accidently left a small part of the under splash guard hanging, and it turned out that it flapped against the ground and the bottom spalsh guard and the two on the sides in front of the tire got shreaded to pieces, and my cai filter was visible, and all the black pushpins ripped off from the bottom bumper. it cost like $56 to get a new splashguard for the middle, and $5 for each frickn push pin that i couldn't find anywhere else but honda dealer. and i still havent bought the sides yet.
very expensive mistake on my part
