need help???

ok i was removing my wheels to check my car. i took off one side of it and went to the other side to take off the other wheel. i turn the lug nut and it was still on a little too tight. so i went and lowered the car from the jack and forgot that the other wheel was off. i lowered the jack and the other side with out the tire just hit the ground with the rotor. i didn't drop it all the way when i notice it i turn the jack back to hold it up. but it was still too late. the rotor has already hit the ground. i put the wheels back on went for a ride. when i hit like 40 - 50 mph the sterring wheel starts to shake. it never done that before. how can i fix this problem?

You need a wheel balance or alignment. Just take it to the dealer and pretend like it just happened for no reason. They will fix it. There is a jetta parked here for two weeks with a flat tire. I'm sure he's gonna have problems.
