Yes it can be done with bondo and maybe some fiberglass. Although it is a nice look to have it molded to the car you have to take in some serious considerations. If you plan on driving your car (ie. not a trailer bitch) then if you hit something it will bend at the weakest points which would be near where it is molded. So insted of replacing just a bumper you will be replacing the bumper and two fenders!!
