how long have you had them on? maybe they're still breaking in. ive heard people say that AEM pads squeel with OEM rotors. that might be another problem

ak can only hope to improve
oh yea, you can't SLAM on the brakes for the first 200 miles or so.... it's called the break-in period.

IDQcivic should not be trusted
I just installed the AEM pads today with some drilled/slotted rotors... no noise whatsoever... I really like the way they feel, my front end is much smoother now when I brake, My OEM rotors must have been warped or something. Anyways, I paid 100 for the rotors and 50 for the pads so for 150, it was one of the best mods I've done so far.

squeeks and squeals are caused by two things. 1, being the pads are worn and thus the pads will squeal, and 2, if they are not proporly greased they will squeal also. they make brake pad grease, and also this tacky adhesive spray that you can use too, stops squeeks. stops the majority of friction of metal to metal contact, friction = virbration, vibration = squeeks/squeals.
