well, there is noticeable increase in low end, or but maybe its my imagination... you have to fill with premium or your engine will knock to hell!!! my guess is 150 hp with 1 octane booster on 93 pump gas. i will let you know with a dyno, but even with 1 octane booster, it still knocks. now my engine could become unstable... whats your opinions? i should get a dyno soon.
edit when i put them in we had wo shave a lil of the piston head so maybe compression is near like 12.0 to 1. i wasnt present at all... the guy is a professional... i left it all to him.

could it work this way?
stock compression of 9.9/127=12/x... what is x... that could be my hp... maybe
edit 9.9/114=12/y y is tq

well u are probablly gonna want a block guard and change the air-to-fuel mixture to run a little more rich, that should take care of the knocking also test the compression so we can get a good idea of what compression ratio you are running... also try to raise the rev limit up to around 7500-8k...
also a vtec controller would be money too cause u dont want it initiating too soon on an N/A car

(this is of course if i'm thinking its the right thing. v-afc = vtec & a/f controller s-afc = only a/f contoller)

You're going to need to do some serious work now. You'll first need to cut that compression back down below 12. It'll definately need more air and more fuel. Either a VAFC or something like the Greddy Protec E01 (it's an engine management system). Probably gonna need a head job to make it run right. Get yourself an EGT gauge, and make sure it stays below 1500, if it goes over SHUT IT DOWN. You'll melt the internals. The CEL could be on for many things... the car is probably running lean, it may sense too much pressure or temperatures that are higher than they should be all around. Watch your coolant temp too... it's probably running much hotter than usual.
Change the plugs too.
This is something that should have been done with a full engine build up, bumping your compression by changing the pistons is not the intelligent way to do it, you're gonna kill your engine VERY fast, especially if it's knocking. You're just asking for detonation.

well i wouldn't suggest the rise of your rpm to go up unless you have changed alot of internals on your car, i wouldn't even suggest you go to red line right now since you have fuel problems

i will see if i can let copression down by shaving the heads more... i hope the guy wont charge me anymore since my last payday went too him, instead off some of the bills i pay... i just put in 2 more octane boosters and it quit knocking
