who knows about 4 angle valve cuts?????

who knows about 4 angle valve cuts?????
was told to get my valves done at a 4 valve angle anyone have a rhyme and reason for this??????? i have been told that running what i am going to do that it would help my valves bring in more air or something like that????
any help would be appreciated
