Need help on an SI

Hello everyone, I have always loved the 99/00 SI and am looking into buying one. My Mustang just isn't cutting it, and gas is getting ever higher. I have a few questions.

What Gs will a stock and lightly modded SI pull on a skidpad?
What is then stock times for a 99/00 Si? lightly modded?
How is the tourqu steer/adheasion of the front tires?

I appreciate you helping out a stanger like me and hope to become a permanent member of the boards

-Thanks, Dan.

Hi Dan. Have a lot of fun fixing up your car the way you like so you'll be happier driving it. If you don't mind, will you tell me what all those different things will do? Are they cosmetic? Mechanical?

There are a lot of good knowledgeable people who post here and I think you'll enjoy it.

What kind of light mods would you be talking about?
With the basics - air filter, CAI etc you'd probably be looking at late 14's down the 1/4.

It wouldnt be more than 15 sec for a stockie. Lightly modified could definitely get a 15!
Surely 16 is too slow..

I thought 15sec would be pretty standard as well.
Anyone got some time slips to prove otherwise?
