Im packing away the Jeep this week- finally winter is over 
and getting my civic ready for its final NJ state inspection before I trade it in for a Z4. Previous inspections, on seperate visits, I was failed for wipers, gas cap, and headlight bulbs that were OEM STOCK!!!
I put in a new set of wiper blades & headlight bulbs today- i hope my new gas cap is still good after 1 year of use

yup as part of the emissions test, they pressure test the gas cap to make sure it doesnt leak fumes into the environment.
apparently my stock gas cap went bad... and then the next year my stock headlight bulbs were "too blue"
the wipers i do remember were pretty worn so that was my bad.
good thing inspections are 2 years apart now! dont go the DMV stations in Wayne or Newark!!! they're retards
