yeah 2 hours on the phone with hp. i thought my hard drive fried they had me do a scam of the computer, took an hour for that(by the way that was the 4th person i was on the phone with) then he hangs up on me. so i get the 5th person and he told me that the scan, that took forever, was the long was and there was a shorter one to do which took 3 min. so he knew what he was doing and helped me out.
