Never known Motortrend to be full of bologna.

As from the article..."Honda hasn't publicly said the Type R is coming to the U.S".

Dont believe everything the media tells you.

I will believe it when I see it too. Nobody else has reported this except Motor Trend. I think it was an April Fool's joke...

Motortrend is so full of it. Face it the CTR is NOT coming to the states. Period. And no way in hell at a price range of $18000-$20000. If so, than say good bye to the RSX type S. No one is going to buy it if they can get a CTR for $4000 less. True BS.

i went to put a down payment on one too...and no dealer in cincinnati knew anything of the sort. either they were playing dumb, or they really didnt know.

supposedly honda is real secretive about the whole "releasing new car" thing...im not sure.....no experience in that area...but all i know is that i personally doubt the CTR is comin over...and no one dealer in my area knew anything about it...not even my friends who work at dealerships...

i say...no one should hold their breath for the CTR...if it hits, great...if not...oh well...i bought an 02 Si instead...i love it...probly not as much as i'd love a CTR, but ya know.....

Believe me if the dealer even had a small idea that the Type R was coming they would be taking your money. For a dealer to turn down money is unheard of.

I just bought my 03 Si and I love it, if the Type r does come to the states it wouldn't bother me, I bought my Si for a everyday driver that gets good milage but has enough ***** to pass on the highway. I love the way it drives

I personally asked a friend who is the sales manager of a Honda dealership and said that is nothing but a long running rumor.
