Dent Removal

Ok guys,
I'm attempting to remove a pretty serious dent myself and I need to know if it is possible to get behind the circled area in this picture of a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe.

yeah possibly from the bottom of the car or by removing the interior plastic trim on the bottom.

Ok, so after looking at some pictures of the frame, I can't gain access to the entire dent. I'm talking with my best friend's dad who manages three dealer body shops to send my car to. Hopefully I can get my baby fixed soon.
