Well, I did something that was very unlike me.... I bought something online without knowing anything about the company. I think I just got excited that I found a grille for my wife's 02 EX coupe that I thought would be perfect (an RS style)... and, they took PayPal. I only ordered the grille about a week ago, so I don't expect to have it yet..(well, I guess I do since shipping was $20.00 for a small grille insert, oh well, can't complain about that since I agreed to it and the grille price was really good). My thing is this, ilovebodykits.com, never sent a comfirmation of my oder and I don't see any way to track it. They have not responded to my emails, no one answers their phone and there is no more room to leave a message with their answering service. Lastly, the BBB is giving them an F.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not slamming on them; just confused about their lack of available customer service. I guess worst case senerio would be that I have to go through PayPal to get a refund if it doesnt work out, but hopefully we get the grille, cause it looks pretty sick.

Just curious if anyone else has had any experience with ilovebodykits.com... good or bad.

I'll update this post and let everyone know what happens; hopefully they are just behind, cause it looks like they carry a lot of great items.

I got neons from them, cause you couldn't beat their 50sum dollar price on them. It took a month for me to get them (Same issue as you, no emails, no responses). But I did eventually get them, and have yet to install them.

wow ive never heard of em. but hopefully you get the parts. i have a feeling it will just take a while. make sure you file a paypal dispute before 30 days tho. at least if the case is open, it may make them work faster to get your stuff out. and you can always close the case once items are received.

Glad to hear they showed up. Their customer service has yet to contact me, but I emailed the owner..his name is Son, and he replied right away and appologized. Which does make me feel better... He said that it should ship this week. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hmmmm..... Now I just got an email from paypay saying that ilovebodykits.com has refunded my purchase????? They haven't contacted me.... I guess they won't be sending me the grille. Well, that was a waste of time.....
