Hello. I finally scaped up $2-300 for a nice pair of LED rear lights. Anyone recommend a brand or share experience? I'm going to order these: http://www.wooddashexperts.com/custo...at=9762&page=1 unless someone can suggest something better or less expensive (or both!). JDM black. It looks to me like these will plug right in? No splicing or soldering? Are the LEDs generally brighter than incandescent?

depends on the leds they use. some are really bright. i would head over to 8thcivic.com and see which ones most people prefer. but almost all of em are simple plug in to the old bulb socket, no splicing.

Gearbox - wil 2008 tail light assemblies fit the '09? Is it the same generation? Pardon my ignorance - this is my first honda (car). Thrd Honda overall, tho.
